Dr. Jones cares for my pet by always telling me details about her health, is conservative to find the best treatment. Her staff always makes a followup call. With any test results, Dr. Jones always calls herself. The staff go out of their way to be helpful, get my pet in with any possible emergency. They do all the paperwork for pet insurance. But most of all, Dr. Jones cares deeply for my pets. One of my dogs had cancer, and she guided me through my dogs health issues, and when I had to put her to sleep, Dr. Jones sat with me the whole time providing excellent medical care, but also the compassion that I needed with such a difficult decision, so I didn't cause my sweet dog any suffering. In addition, when one of my dogs had surgery for a broken bone, I brought her to the clinic and when Dr. Jones found out I was there, came back to the clinic after going home to take care of the medical problem. I consider this going way above and beyond. I have been to other vets and Dr. Jones is second to none.
